Through the templatization of invoice formats, supplier invoices are scanned and stored in a Document Management System (DMS) folder. Leveraging Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Process Automation, gate entries are now automatically posted. Additionally, account payable processes, including invoice posting, credit memos, and workflows, are seamlessly managed using SAP Build Process Automation tools.
